I
love to get new listings! When a Seller hires me, they hire my entire
team of 5 excellent people. I head up this team and personally research
records and current market data to determine the right listing price.
Then the rest of my team goes to work for me. My listing coordinator
makes sure every document is in and completed by all parties My marketing
specialist makes sure all of the post cards and marketing materials
are ready for distribution. Telephone messages are taken and forwarded
from the office 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. should I be unreachable.
Anyone leaving a voicemail on my phone will receive a call back as
quickly as possible.
